A LITTLE ABOUT ME.

Hello! Welcome to my "lovelee" world of color, pattern and design. I am so honored by your visit and humbled by your curiosity to learn more about me. I currently operate in two very different worlds so please bear with me as I share a little bit of both.

By day, I am part of the People Team of a Portland, Oregon-based software company and lead both the diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) efforts, as well as our learning and development (L&D) function. There are difficult challenges within the tech industry, particularly the lack of diversity

By night, I'm often found in my starlit studio doodling, painting and letting my imagination take shape in the form of new design collections.
